Party for 16 to 25 Painters
Open studio party – $300
Birthdays, anniversaries, team building, corporate, bridal and baby showers, fundraisers, etc.
- A $300 Party Fee, which covers paint, glaze, and firing, is due at the reservation
- Availability is open every day at 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 8:00 PM
- A set of tables will be reserved for the Party
- One dedicated Color Me Mine party host
- Price does NOT include pottery
- An 18% service charge will be added
- You will pay for pottery and the service charge on the day of the party
- Two hours duration, with 5 minutes of tolerance
- If there’s no other Party booked for the next time slot and the 2 hours are exceeded, a $37.50 fee is due every additional 30 minutes (or fraction)
- You can bring food, drinks, and decorations. An additional table will be provided if necessary
- Set up time is 20 minutes before the party
- For children’s parties, up to 4 non-painter chaperones are fine. Above that, we can try and accommodate as best as possible, but we might not be able to provide sitting if the rest of the studio is full, and we have additional walk-in customers arriving
- The guest of honor will receive a complimentary personalized party plate, signed by all the guests
- Items painted at your event will be glazed and fired in our kilns, and ready in seven days!
Terms and Conditions:
The $300 Party Fee is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the event. Sales tax applies.
An 18% service charge will be automatically added.
The reservation host must pick up entire guests’ finished pieces, which will be bagged individually.
